Cappa School Of Hairstyling & Aesthetics ’s Hairstyling diploma program is designed to transform your creativity and passion into a successful career. You’ll begin by building a strong foundation, mastering essential techniques like roller sets, finger waves, and mannequin cuts. This hands-on practice helps you gain confidence in using professional tools such as shears and cutting combs and encourages the entrepreneurial skills that prepare you to build a successful business.

You will learn to cut and style hair using specialized tools and techniques tailored to each client’s desired shape and style, whether working with wet or dry hair. Master permanent wave methods for various hair types, chemical relaxation applications for smoother textures and advanced coloring techniques to lighten, tone or highlight hair. To expand your skill set and meet the needs of a diverse clientele, you will also learn to apply and maintain hair additions, including braids, wigs and extensions.

After building your foundational skills, you’ll transition into working with real clients in the Cappa Salon and Spa, under the supervision of our experienced instructors. This phase provides invaluable hands-on, resume-ready experience as you apply your techniques, interact with clients one-on-one and develop essential skills in client communication, service and satisfaction. You’ll complete the program as an accomplished stylist as well as a professional who understands the importance of delivering a great client experience.
